Save Second Base!

Here's a great way to draw attention to breast cancer. I just got my "Quinn" shirt in the mail today and I love it- the back is also nicely designed. The Quinn is a bit more understated than the Kelly, the original. I am going to give these as holiday presents.....Support the causes you believe in and raise money to help solve some of these problems. Share the news about Save Second Base. I believe it is a group of high school girls who designed the shirts and they actually got in trouble for the shirt, I guess we do need an anti-conservative movement! I think this is a smart design- everyone has an interest in second base except gay men and I bet they still support saving second base!

Designing Things Your Don't Necessarily Like

Good Design

Two weeks ago the NY Times' Sunday magazine was the annual issue focused on Design. Here are some highlights. I am happy to share it....so it will be in my office for anyone who wants to have a cup of coffee or lunch with it on a Tuesday or Thursday.
